The stone is ethically traceable, most of my sapphires originating in African and Asian mining regions. With the diamond halo included, the setting measures 8.6mm x 6.6mm.
It measures about 5.6mm x 4.6mm on its own. Photos of the stone are magnified, so the clarity appears much better in person. The stone is eye-clean and has a bright sparkle.
